VTOL ESC problem?

Hello,
I’m setting up VTOL with 4.4.0 ARDUPLANE. (CUAV V5 NANO)
I am inquiring about one problem.
As shown in the video below, when the battery is connected, a beep code is heard when the SAFETY switch is turned off.
Quad motors have beep codes, but rear motors do not have beep codes.
But if you remove the rear motor ESC signal jack from the FC, you will hear a beep code.
Is there any way to solve this?

This should be repeated for each flight.

Check this page for the troubeshooting section, it might be that throttle is high or battery voltage is abnormal and the ESC is calling out that error, or going into programming mode.
If you had throttle output reversed in Ardupilot that might be the cause.

You probably want to disable or lower the battery cuttoff too, and let Ardupilot handle that.
