VTOL automission only as copter

Hi everyone! I wonder if here is a way to perform VTOL automission only as copter? The guides say I have to use do_vtol_transition after taking off as VTOL to go from fixed wing to VTOL. Is there any way to fly waypoints as VTOL IMMEDIATELY after VTOL takeoff?

Take off in Vtol mode and land in VTol mode just put waypoints in between

Have you tried setting Q_ENABLE as 2 (Enable VTOL AUTO) ?

Won’t other parameters change or be reset if I change Q_ENABLE from 1 to 2?

No, in fact parameters persist even if you disable a feature.
