Low P will (within limits of flyability) just make your copter sluggish, not that bad for filming imo.
Regarding prop wash introduced vibration: INVERT YOUR MOTORS, gentlemen! Don’t fly around blowing wind on yourself. Just lowers efficiency and introduces vibration.
I had this “Parkinson’s” problem with a quite heavy gimbal (1,6 kg) and it was only the PID interacting with the vibrating mode of my dampers on the gimbal. Stiffer dampers and change of PIDs solved it.
