I have the 6-pin SIK radio telemetry. The telemetry has both the USB and the connector ports. Can I use both USB ports to connect with the USB of the APM since there are 6 pins on my telemetry and I don’t want to cut wires from it to just use the tx,rx. Is it possible that me to use the USB port instead of the TELEM port?
No you can not. You have to use the TX, RX, GND, 5V, RTS and CTS pins.
I have 5 pins on APM. I’ll have to neglect the two handshaking pins ie CTS and RTS
You don’t need those.
