Using MOLABO motor with Pixhawk

We are trying to connect USV’s motor, which is made from molabo, to Pixhawk. Here we have a communication protocol matching problem since Pixhawk provides UAVCAN which is different from motor’s protocol. So we need a direct converter to secure safety and stability. Please recommend some devices to solve this problem.
