Use iG8 base with Mission Planner and H-RTK M8P

I have an two iG8 GNSS receivers. I use one as a base and one as a rover for regular survey work. When I use my quadcopter for aerial mapping I put down ground targets. If I get an H-RTK M8P can I use my base receiver with Mission Planner and the H-RTK M8P?

does the base output rtcm data any way?

Is there documentation for setting this up?

Thanks to the greatest survey equipment dealer in the US, Mark Silver. I am good to go (it was actually quite easy to set up). Thanks for your wonderful software Michael.
