Upgrading My Large Multirotor - Have A Couple of Questions

This is the window I get after I tell it to run the install anyway. When I respond with “Y” the window disappears and nothing else happens.

NO. That is not it. 'You downloaded the source code, instead of the windows installer.

You need to download this .exe and run it

When I clicked on the link this file was downloaded. And the OS doesn’t know how to open it.
