Updates not running on WIN XP

Hi, I’m actually on Windows XP SP3, and MP “1.2.25 build 1.1.5589.39444” and the updates doesn’t works. I’m trying to update when MP is opening and the windows shows constantly “Gettin updated params”, and trying to update via “help/check for updates” too and nothing to do. How can update Mission Planner? Thank you.

Have you tried uninstalling and downloading it again from - ardupilot.com/downloads/?did=82
