Unsupported non-gps navigation

Hello all,

I want to use an unsupported beacon based non-gps-navigation system (loco positioning system by bitcraze).
Is there a (easy) way to set up and configure the ardupilot for these unsupported systems?

Would it be possible to send the position data, which is calculated in the tag, directly to the ardupilot? I have seen that the nooploop system does something similar. Is there a specific protocol which is used or anything?
