Congratulations!
I worked with the SQ 14200 ESC. After one of the tests on the Dshot300 protocol with telemetry, the ESC began to work quite unstable. If you give maximum throttle, the ESC does not rotate the motor at full power, the consumption decreases accordingly, although the command from the remote control corresponds to the upper limit of the throttle. After changing the protocol to PWM, the ESC at a throttle close to maximum, completely turns off the motor rotation and does not initialize until the remote control stick drops to minimum. Telemetry (when Dshot is turned on) works alternately: when one is turned on, the telemeter is there, when the other is turned on - it is not. Firmaware – BLHeli32. Here is my setting:
Rampup power — 50%.
Temperature protection — off.
Low RPM power protection — off.
Low voltage protection — off.
Current protection — off.
Sine modulation mode — off.
SBus channel — off.
Motor direction — normal.
Demag compensation — low.
Motor timing — 20 degrees.
Maximum acceleration — maximum.
Current sense calibration — 0%.
Auto telemetry — on.
S.PORT physical ID — off.
Throttle limits 1010 — 2000,
Brake on stop — off.
Non damped mode — On.
Stall protection — normal.
PWM frequency — 24 kHz.
Who has worked with such regulators? What do you think could be the problem? Could it be a firmware bug?
I would be grateful for the answer!
