Unstable at braking in Loiter mode

Hi guys,

We’ve been setting up our drone from the scratch following recommended instruction here.

The process has been,

Initial tune
Notch filter
Autotune (twice)

In althold mode, it flies almost perfectly after autotune.

But in loiter mode, it doesn’t brake smoothly. It hovers very calm though. Also, we witnessed it shaking violently without any reason and we had to swap back to althold mode to land it.

I got one more question.

When we power up drone, it seems to be repeating the same process three times.

Is it normal or could there be any fault in FC?
