Unintended acceleration can occur when a quadplane engine is running and a VTOL aircraft takes off

When taking off with the fuel engine started, the throttle lever is still in a low position, but the flight control outputs high PWM, causing the VTOL motor to accelerate unexpectedly.

This is a very difficult issue for me, and I would like some advice and help. Thank you very much.

Which firmware version are you using? On wich flight controller?

Sorry I didn’t explain my configuration clearly.

The configuration I use is as follows
Flight control firmware: ArduPlane V4.4.0
Flight Control: CubeOrange+

Please give me some advice. If there is anything unclear, please feel free to ask and I will make up for it as soon as possible.
