Unable to connect Optical flow Lidar sensor MTF-01

I am trying to connect Optical flow MTF 01 sensor

I did everything from Official guide
I went through every Optical flow topic in this forum topic. Cant make it work.
I can’t get rid of “PreArm: Need Position Estimate”
Also it seems that it does not get any data from sensor
