I have an ultralight gyroplane I built, and I was considering trying out an autopilot on it and came across your forum. Is anyone interested in helping/mentoring on how to fit a system out on my gyro? I’m looking for hardware selection and programming mostly. I’m looking for trim/stabilization to begin with, then I’d like to add alt and att hold and course setting. Finally I’d like to have basic autopilot with at least one or two GPS programmable waypoints to aid in flight further than the airport local area. Does that sound interesting/doable to anyone here?
