Need to pick some brains and this is why i decided to post this here.
I have a Holybro F9P UART version that i would like to connect to a device that needs NMEA but over RS232.
I got a few UART to serial converters as also this one https://www.waveshare.com/wiki/Multibus_Converter which i tested on multi PCs that their RS232 works fine, but i can see to get any traffic if i monitor the port.
I would appreciate ideas if anyone has ever tested something like this.
For anyone interested for something like this in the future, the fix is easy and it works.
The convertor that worked straight out of the box was Mikroelektronika MAX3232. I tested the solution with the Holybro F9P Helical and a older Here2 Serial GPS units. Connection to the Serial Com port was 115200
