Turn Loiter Mode While RTL Command

Hi ı build a vtol plane and ı give mission to plane, plane should auto landing after last waypoint, plane is start descending and slowing when trigger rtl is good, but plane was close to rtl coordinates and trigger loiter mode for langing, when plane do that inmediatly try hold position and my problem is too, my plane is 30kg and cant stop inmediatly, normally i do transition fbwa to qhover, plane turn qhover because of cant suddenly stop on ait, can you help me
