Tuning PSC_ACCZ_I to 2 x MOT_THST_HOVER

So I was watching Chris Rosser and his latest tuning of the above params seems to be significantly different than the ardupilot pages listed below.
My question is…
Is the video really about the fine tuning of these params, the pages below are kinda a set and forget based on the motor hover value.
Yes I do use the configurator, but I am trying to learn more about the dialing in process.

Yes, that is all optional fine tune that you can do AFTER doing what ArduCopter wiki and Configurator recommend.

Yes they are, and it works fine for most users.

As always: You should learn and master the basics before you start doing advanced stuff.

Post the files from the ArduPilot methodic configurator so that we can see how good your basics are.
