Trooper Y6 enters rapid yaw rotation

Here is what happened during my flight today.

About 5 minutes into the flight with an RCtimer Trooper Y6, it started a fast rotation about the yaw axis. My yaw input had no effect on the behavior of the Trooper, and I was forced to land it in the bushes. When I recovered it, I noticed the upper motor on the tail had broken free of the mount, but I don’t know if this was prior to the crash or a result of the impact.

I attached the log from that flight, however it is only logging using the default setting, so I don’t know if there is enough data to pin down exactly what went wrong. I am using an APM 2.6 with Arducopter 3.2 and the ublox compass/gps module. My radio is a Hitech Aurora 9X

I discovered after a second test flight that one of the motor mounts was twisting around the shaft, which was causing the rapid yaw. Adjusting the motor mount fixed the problem.
