Thrusters on boat for heading direction

I have a pontoon boat that i use for catfishing. It has a gps spot lock trolling motor on the front. If i spot lock in a location and there isnt much current or if the wind is blowing on the side of the boat the back of the boat will swing around according to the wind direction while the front remains in place. I was wondering how hard it would be to put 2 thrusters on the back of the boat that would control the heading/yaw direction so the boat position would remain the same while i was fishing. It would only be used when the boat is gps anchored and not for way points or anything. I assume that i would only need to utilize the compass on a controller and wouldnt even need a gps. I have a little experience with ardupilot from a few rc planes I built a few years ago and probably have a couple apm 2.6 and pixhawk controllers laying around, but I am not quite sure how to put it on a boat.I was thinking the thrusters on the back would need to be pointed in opposite directions and one turn on if the back of boat needed to go right and the other if it needed to go left. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
