Throttle response delay

Hello guys,

i have a QAV250 with pixhawk 2.4.8, with readytosky RS2205 motors and favorite littlebee 20A ESCs.
The RC Transmitter and Receiver is Flysky FS-i6…

At the calibration mode everything is fine, but when i arm the drone for flight there is a little delay on throttle response about half a second.
Also at 50% throttle and above there is no speed changes… i have already calibrate the RC Transmitter…

There is any idea how to fix it?
