Is it expected behavior for the Throttle Out to dip (for about 7 seconds) just prior to the IRIS+ lifting off (see attached graph)?
As you choose to take off in loiter, you may have a look at the GPS condition at that moment. If you have a drop in signal quality, loiter condition may be not maintained and abort/delay takeoff till GPS is OK…

Good advise Marc. I check the logs and NStats=12 and HDOP=1.68 for the duration of the ThrOut unexpected drop.
However, is there a mode that I can take-off in that does not depend on GPS?
I did find an interesting correlation with DesRoll with ThrOut that I cannot explain (see attached image)…
