The temperature control of Pixhawk Cube IMU moudle

 I got the hardware schematic of PIXHAWK cube from github and I don't know much about the temperature control part. And I am very interested in this part of the circuit. I want to know what the principle of this part is, how to choose the transistor and heating resistor. Thanks very much!


My understanding is that this circuit brings the sensors up to a temperature of 66 Degrees Celsius. It takes a few minutes to do this so you are best to leave a newly turned on device for about 3-5 minutes so that it gets to and stays at 60Degrees. Thanks for showing this circuit, I was wondering what the “heater” was implemented with. I assumed resistors.
