When in auto mode, the drone’s height decreases. Could someone please explain why this is happening?

Wind estimation has not been configured.
Barometer height compensation has not been configured.
And I guess that some basic rules of hardware construction have not been observed.

Install ArduPilot Methodic Configurator software, read the user manual and use the software.

I installed the software but when I am trying to open command tab is opening and closing .can I get direct apk file
