The DesPitch (desired pitch angle) and the actual Pitch are not matching?

I set the ROLL_LIMIT_DEG to 45 degrees, but in practice, the roll angle is significantly higher, resulting in very sharp turns that affect battery consumption and flight efficiency. Can someone explain why this is happening?

Have you run Autotune? Can you share a .bin log file of the flight?

Can you check for me if my plane is well-tuned?

I can see you’ve tuned, but it’s really hard to evaluate just from autotune mode. You need to spend a few minutes flying around in FBWA or FBWB/CRUISE, making normal pitch and roll changes to really evaluate it. That said, roll looks like it might not be too bad but I’m not sure about pitch.
