TFmini Plus, WINCC_TF does not start

Hello,

I would like to test the Tfmini Plus in I2c mode.
But the program WINCC_TF does not start.
The firewall is already deactivated.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

You can start it in admin mode or use RealTerm as explained in my blog
