Telemetry field set to 0 - getting only flight mode

Hi!
I am connected to Cube orange via serial to usb. the cable I am using between the flight controller and my linux machine is a USB to TTL.
I am having an issue where I get only the flight mode of the drone but the rest of the telemetry is 0. Tried to use a new cable and restart the drone but no luck.

on the telemetry object I all fields except to the flight mode are zero (e.g long,lat, battery voltage …)

Wich telemetry? Mavlink? What telemetry object?
Are you using pymavlink? dronekit python? Mavros?
