This is a basic question but I haven’t dove very deep into the world of Telemetry. Using an RFD900 for telemetry, can you fly two of these systems at the same time? I’m imagining two side by side laptops both running RFDs going to two separate Quadcopters. Any help is greatly appreciated
The RFDs, and I think the cheaper 3DR clone radios too, all have a “net id” setting. A set of radios needs to be on the same net ID to communicate with each other, so you can set another pair of radios to a different net ID.
Be aware that doing the RFD firmware update resets the net id to default.
New stupid question off this. Since it does do channel hopping, can you run this with a TBS CrossFire for control?
