I know this is an old post but I was curious, so I plugged your specs into ecalc. For the 1x lipo setup (I plugged in 13x5 prop as you didn’t indicate the prop pitch) it came back with:

Flight Time: 2.5 min (this is time based on 100% throttle which discharges 100 percent of the battery)
Mixed Flight Time: 8.9 min (based on standard flying discharging the battery to 85 percent or 15 percent remaining battery time).
Hover Flight Time: 14.4 min (based on hover only flight discharging the battery to 85 percent.

Adding in the 2nd 4S battery to double the mah and adjusting the weight got this:

Flight Time: 4.7 min
Mixed Flight Time: 14.5 min
Hover Flight Time: 21.1 min

It also indicated that it COULD overheat the motors in the dual battery config.

Are you testing the flight times based on hover only or a mix of flight?
