Target altitude doesnt match RF altitude - AltHold

Greetings,

I’ve installed a downwards rangefinder (TeraRanger Evo 3m) at my drone and tried the AltHold mode indoors. The drone seems to oscillate (it is not perfectly tuned) and at the logs it seems that the altitude loop doesnt take into account the RF distance.

Have I done anything wrong at setting up the RF?
