Tailsitter plane - More oscillations in throttle

Hi all,

Today I tried to fly my tailsitter plane, which has 4 motors and 4 control surfaces. After the initial setup, I attempted a takeoff in QSTABILIZE mode. However, right after takeoff, it shot up into the sky, and then it didn’t maintain throttle. It descended rapidly and crashed, even though the throttle was kept at the same position (around 40%).

I noticed a lot of oscillation in the motors. I’m attaching the logs for reference — any help would be appreciated.
