Tailsitter gains altitude when levelling after a pitch down in QSTABILIZE

Hello,

I am new to VTOLs so not sure if the following is expected behavior or a tuning/configuration issue.

I am using latest Plane firmware on a double motor non vectored tailsitter and flying with QSTABILIZE.

I noticed that when returning to vertical position again after a pitch down the plane gains some altitude. How is this explained? Could it due to the kinetical energy gained during the pitching down? (Plane moves forward due to the pitch down)

QSTABILIZE does not attempt to control altitude. Vertical speed is determined by your manual throttle inputs.
