We were testing a drone on a daily basis which has almost near to perfect tune and have had no issues since a month. So flying it normally just another day, the drone was flying and suddenly it started to wobble on 2 of its opposite motors and couldn’t control itself and crashed down. Could it be an issue with something in the electronics which could potentially wear down overtime.

Yes, absolute electronic can fail. But also a mechanical reason is most likely and a user error is also not impossible

Thank you for your reply. Sorry but providing log is not possible as it is a drone that is being made for a client by our company. If you require any graphs then i can generate them for you and send.

@SARTHAK_AGARWAL that will anonymize the log file, removing any personal or location information from the log file, while still preserving enough data so that the log is useful for Analysis.

Thanks for all the replies, I did some analysis of my own of my various drones that have crashed due to similar reasons. I think it was mainly due to one of the motor/esc failing mid flight and eventually causing the crash in my drone. I have attached pictures. they are all of different drones of the same type.
