Substitution of 4 engines in quadcopter than using motors

We have a thesis project that is gas powered quadcopter equipped with pesticide and our solution for battery is 4 engines used for grass cutter. My question is it possible to build this project using ardupilot because we need it autonomously to fly? If possible what are the connections that are connected on ardupilot and how to calibrate it using mission planner or manual coding from github and to modify the codes. Sorry we have no idea how to settle this project we hope you can advise us. Thank you :slight_smile:
