I can not get rid of this issue.
Terrain data pending in mission planner is 0
Anyway arduplane keeps saying waiting for terrain data.
Gps fix, good internet connection, good connection between gcs and plane (cable or sik radio).
What to do?
It stays like this forever, no matter if connected to mission planner on pc or qgc on phone…
I’m not that familiar with gcs but do you have any vision or obstacle avoidance sensors?

Some ideas to try:
Try to pre-load maps for the area into QGCs. Offline Maps | QGC Guide (4.3)
Load a mission for the area from home/office using terrain reference. Even if you don’t plan to fly it. It will load the terrain data.
Use the Ardupilot terrain generator to pre-load terrain data onto the SD card for the plane. https://terrain.ardupilot.org/

No, i don’t.
I know it’s not necessary, as arduplane can follow datas from maps.
