Steering not working properly in auto and steer mode

I am trying to have an autonomous drive on rover, it works fine in manual mode.
In auto or steer mode, as soon as I throttle up, the steering turns left automatically and it keeps on moving in circular path.

If possible it’s best to post a dataflash log so we can see the details of the setup. So for example, it’s unclear if this rover has skid-steering or Ackermann style steering and this affects how to resolve the problem.

Without a log it’s a guess but as others have implied, it’s likely a problem with the RC inputs and outputs being setup incorrectly.

I’ve posted some advice on this other thread about how to check the inputs and outputs separately.
