Static and PTZ cameras

Hi,

A am new to the drone arena but would like some advice on high end video hardware to use for commercial videography.

I have two use cases:

  1. a static “point down only” HD video camera. I am after high-res and ideally waterproof and IP connectivity. Also interested in suitable gimbals to maintain a point down orientation.

  2. a zoomed PTZ HD video camera (or static camera on PTZ gimbal)

Price and weight are pretty flexible.
