Stabilized flight mode alternates between self-levelling and not levelling in roll axis

Hi,
I have made a quadcopter running Arducopter on a Holybro Kakute H7v2 flight controller. While in stabilized flight mode, the quadcopter stops self leveling in the roll axis for some time before behaving normal again. This behavior alternates throughout the flight. Similar behavior was also seen in AltHold flight mode. The self-levelling feature works normal in the pitch axis.
