Special requirements for tilt rotor motor

Hello, I’m currently building a VTOL using MAD 5015 IPE V3.0 380kv motors. Although I believe there is no problem using them as tilt rotors, my collaborators are unsure if they can be used in such configuration, as they think the gyroscopic forces and change of thrust direction would damage or cause premature wear of the motor bearings.

Are there special requirements for the motors for this configuration?

I am not aware of any specific reason a VTOL motor such as that cannot be used in tilt rotor application. I don’t imagine the loads or gyroscopic forces experienced during transition are significantly higher than in normal maneuvering
