I spent a day trying to get GPS FIX with Here 3 and Pixhawk 6X. For me the problem was with GPS1_CAN_OVRIDE parameter, which was somehow set to 125, but had to be 0. As I set it to 0 I instantly got 3D Fix. Thanks all people in this thread!
