SITL with RealFlight; many missing/out-of-range params

I’m setting up to use ArduPilot SITL with Mission Planner and RealFlight as described here. I download and install the QuadcopterX-flightaxis_AV.RFX and QuadCopterX.param files into RealFlight and MissionPlanner, respectively, establish the flightaxis connection between the apps.
However when I install QuadCopterX.param into MissionPlanner’s Full Parameter List screen, I see messages showing several parameter values out of range (e.g. ATC_ACCEL_Y_MAX), followed by a message saying “Missing 195 params” (ACRO_RP_P, ACRO_YAW_P, etc).
Is the QuadCopterX model out of date with the actual software, or am I doing something wrong?

I am running RealFlight 9.5
Mission Planner 1.3.81 on Windows 11
