SITL software download error

I downloaded SITL and received an error message, attached. This happened on 2 different laptops, one is running Win 7, the other Win10.

Both laptops have no problems downloading the SITL software couple of weeks ago. And SITL software has been running for couple of years without problem in one of the laptops. MP is 1.3.74.

What may be the possible causes ? Please help.
