Could someone please look at this log and tell why he thinks the copter crashed?

It’s my second crash of a new design. Takes off nicely and hoovers, but after a few quick maneuvers it starts oscillating and almost nose dives. The wind was about 7m/s.
Appreciate your thoughts on that.
