I’ve run simulator in the past successfully, but having trouble now. I watched the youtube again carefully and did the following:
Open Master Planner
Go to Simulation, select model “Rover-Skid”, Click on Rover, choose “stable” (or “latest”)
In Youtube demonstration, it goes to plan with picture of plane centered. In mine, there is no picture of the rover on the screen. The DATA messages keep repeating: “EK3 Waiting for GPS config data.” What’s going on?
UPDATE: I started the simulator with “Plane” first, got the GPS and icon of the plane first, then went back to simulator and selected rover-skid and it gave me back the icon of the rover. Apparently some GPS parameter was set incorrectly to allow the simulator to establish GPS.
