Sik radio rssi to remote rssi variance

I believe I’ve seen this somewhere in the documentation, but I can’t find it now: is there a guideline for acceptable variance (split) between Sik Radio rssi and remote rssi? I remember something along the lines of ‘the values should be fairly close on the ground but shouldn’t vary by more than xx in the air’. Is there a published standard?

Thanks for your reply.

That’s a good page with lots of info, but it’s not exactly what I’m looking for. It doesn’t address how close the rssi and remrssi values should be to one another as range between air station and ground station increases.

I think the gap between the noise level and the corresponding rssi level is more important than the gap between rssi and remrssi.
