SiK radio problem after upgrading to firmware 2.0

Hi everyone, newbie here. I made the mistake of letting QGroundControl update my ground radio (ostensibly to 2.0), and now I can’t figure out how to downgrade it again.

I’ve found what I think is the right firmware image, and I’ve got the updated radio connected in a console interface in linux, but I can’t figure out how I go about flashing the radio’s firmware.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I’ll otherwise just have to buy new radios…

Realized that I forgot a crucial piece of information in my last post. I’m on MacOS, and cannot use Windows (and threfore Mission Planner) to reflash my radio. I am aware of the reflash capability built into MP, I just can’t take advantage of it…

any clue how to downgrade my radio telemetry without using mission planner or q ground control step by step please

Are you facing problems from a better version with bug fixes than the older version?
I think MP and QGC are the default maintenance tools for Sik Radio.
You can try at your own risk. Someone did something similar, I hope it helps.

I am excited to learn from your experience, do share.

The problem most have here is they updated the ground radio to v2 with Mission Planner and the air radio is still on v1.9. If the air radio doesn’t have a USB port you can use an FTDI adapter to flash it.
