Sik radio not able to connect command mode

Hi all,

I tried to connect my telemetry module (HM TRP) with mission planner but it is not able to connect. It is throwing an error “Fail to enter command mode” and in the hardware it is showing solid red light.
Can someone help in resolving this issue.

How you connect the module to the PC?

telemetry module and GPS module is connected to pixcube flight controller and it is connected to PC via USB.

Exactly what telemetrie module you are using?
And exactly how you connected it to the pixhawk (pin by pin)?

HM TRP 915MHz telemetry module and connected telemetry module to cube orange plus flight controller using DF13 4 pin connector

I ask which exact module und pins you are using.
So I assume you use a original Hope Microelectronic HM-TRP 915s module and you also have the documentation of this modules downloaded.
How are ALL pins of this module connected, (Vcc; Gnd; Tx; Rx; Config; Enable; Test) ad also which pins of the Cube are used. Not only the connector type but all the single pins
