Sik Radio is not connecting through mission planner

Hi fellow drone ardupilot enthusiasts. I am having some serios issues with connecting my ground station and air sik radios. I purchased an Xrock 915 Mhz bluetooth telemetry set for pixhawk 2.4.8. Problem is that when using the SIk Radio app, i can perfectly see that both radios are connected and if I use the connect option, both red LEDs will start to flash, meaning they are transmitting. However, when I try connecting via telemetry on my windows 10 PC, mission planner just waits and states that cannot establish a connection. Can you guys help me out? Is it a driver issue or a configuration I must change on the mission planner parameter list?

So I tried switching the wires on the air radio and pixhawk to Rx and Tx as suggested, and nothing happens. I used again the SIk radio tool and found an error

Any help is greatly appreciated since I do not know what else to do!
