Signal strength drop-down values all blank

I am using Tower 4.0.0 with Arducopter 3.3. The signal strength menu does not show any values for signal strength, noise, etc. This has worked previously.
I recently upgraded to Tower 4.
All other drop-downs such as GPS signal, altitude, distance from home etc. are OK, so I am sure my telemetry radios are communicating OK.

Developers,
I see several reports of this issue in the reviews of Tower 4 on the Google Play site.

It’s fixed in the development branch. It requires a new release of dronekit-android and tower. That will happening soon after the holiday season I hope
