Setting up new plane and "RC Receiver" is rapidly switching between "error" and normal" on QGC

New to Aruplane and having a hard time getting my Tango 2 to connect. I can control the transmitter for a second when its connected but it’s just intermittently disconnecting.

Any help is appreciated.
