Setting up a Walkera QR X350 Pro with Fly Sky X9 (Turnigy 9X) Transmitter

After setting up my new transmitter i have the following problems

1/ Range is limited to approximately 100 Metres. Loses signal Returns to Launch (RTL) and lands (no drift)
2/ On GPS mode the drone drifts (in wind direction)
3/ Unless you disable the Arm-Check (0 Parameter) you cannot Arm the motors
Can someone assist please.
